小口徑閥門測（cè）試台--YF-FQ型（xíng）焊接沉水（shuǐ）式聊城閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江聊城西高泵閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決（jué）鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測試機上進行檢測（cè）試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門（mén）的試驗與檢測的標準規範要（yào）求，設計製（zhì）造頂壓式（shì）閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥（fá）門集團浙（zhè）江（jiāng）西高泵閥有限公司生產的小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機（jī）電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度（dù）試壓和密封（fēng）性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓（yā）力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥（fá）門測試台適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

小口徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸向頂壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自（zì）備)。

配高低壓水（shuǐ）泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力表（biǎo）顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級（jí）。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣（qì）接口和24V電源（yuán）插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.
