小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式龍潭閥門試壓機是羅（luó）浮閥門集團浙江龍潭西高泵（bèng）閥有限公司在多年（nián）生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單（dān）位對無法蘭（lán）式J61、J63、Z61等閥門（mén）和法蘭式各種類閥門能（néng）在一個測試（shì）機上（shàng）進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的（de）壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥（fá）門打壓機（jī）。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高泵閥有限公司生（shēng）產的小（xiǎo）口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性能（néng）試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強（qiáng）度試驗48.0MPa.

小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試（shì）台適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小（xiǎo）口徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸向頂壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用（yòng）戶自備)。

配高（gāo）低壓水（shuǐ）泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力表顯示，讀數（shù）MPa,精（jīng）度1.5級。 

小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves)
