YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液（yè）壓測試台分為液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑（jìng）閥門（mén）通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱（bào）壓式（shì）與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便（biàn）。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據管理係統。
