YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試（shì）台分（fèn）為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係（xì）統、水（shuǐ）箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水（shuǐ）泵、油泵及電機、試驗介（jiè）質控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的（de）公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性（xìng）能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
