YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓（yā）係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及（jí）電機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍（bèi）進行（háng）強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便（biàn）。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用（yòng）戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
