YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統、機械係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升（shēng）降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）設有試壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
