YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測（cè）試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係（xì）統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右（yòu）工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性（xìng）能試（shì）驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配（pèi）置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介質（zhì）為（wéi）水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
