YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓（yā）係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機（jī）架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓（yā）力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式（shì）、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中（zhōng），可上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗（yàn），操作（zuò）使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液（yè）壓測（cè）試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據管（guǎn）理係統。
