YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測（cè）試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及（jí）控（kòng）製（zhì）閥（fá）、低壓水泵（bèng）、高（gāo）壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗（yàn）介質（zhì）控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓（yā）力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓（yā）力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式與頂壓（yā）壓緊式工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特（tè）別適應氣體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水（shuǐ）泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶（hù）任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓（yā）安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據管（guǎn）理係（xì）統。
