YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣（qì）控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式與（yǔ）頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配（pèi）置高，低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試（shì）台試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統。
