YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製（zhì）管（guǎn）路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力（lì）計（jì）量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規格閥門（mén）密封試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方（fāng）便。

¤係（xì）統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。
