YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式（shì）液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係（xì）統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水（shuǐ）泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力性（xìng）能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方（fāng）便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試壓介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智（zhì）能檢測數據管理係統。
