YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機（jī）械（xiè）係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規格閥門（mén）密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式（shì）與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設（shè）有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
