YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓（yā）係（xì）統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量（liàng）等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密（mì）封試（shì）驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能試驗。

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑（jìng）閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台（tái）試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試（shì）台設有（yǒu）試壓安全（quán）保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
