YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸（gāng）、試驗介質控製（zhì）管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水（shuǐ）泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度（dù）試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱（bào）壓式（shì）與（yǔ）頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入（rù）水箱中，可上下（xià）升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水（shuǐ）泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
