小口（kǒu）徑（jìng）閥（fá）門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式磐石閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江（jiāng）磐石西高泵閥有限公司在（zài）多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對（duì）無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一（yī）個測試（shì）機上進（jìn）行（háng）檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標準規範（fàn）要求（qiú），設計製造頂壓式閥門打（dǎ）壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙（zhè）江西高泵閥有限公司生產的小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試（shì）壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結（jié）構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛（fàn）應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類（lèi）高（gāo）中低壓閥門（mén）的（de）強度試壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強（qiáng）度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口徑閥門測（cè）試機主要結構，軸向（xiàng）頂（dǐng）壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣（qì）源用戶自備)。

配高（gāo）低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力（lì）表顯示，讀（dú）數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣（qì）接口和24V電源插（chā）板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
