YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、液（yè）壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試（shì）驗（PN）的（de）公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特（tè）別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高（gāo），低（dī）壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存（cún）使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
