小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型（xíng）焊接沉水式浙江（jiāng）閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江浙江西高泵閥有限公（gōng）司在多年生（shēng）產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛（duàn）鋼閥門（mén）製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測試（shì）機（jī）上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門（mén）的試驗與檢測（cè）的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西（xī）高泵閥有限公司（sī）生產（chǎn）的小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理（lǐ）、功能完善（shàn）、操作方（fāng）便等特（tè）點。小口徑閥門（mén）測試台產品廣泛（fàn）應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑（jìng）閥門測試台適用（yòng）於小口（kǒu）徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主要（yào）結構（gòu），軸向頂壓壓緊 

使用介質水（shuǐ）(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶（hù）自（zì）備)。

配高（gāo）低壓水泵，小口徑（jìng）閥門測試台壓力（lì）表顯示，讀數（shù）MPa,精度1.5級（jí）。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進（jìn）氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade.
