小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊（hàn）接沉水式鎮江（jiāng）閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江鎮（zhèn）江西（xī）高泵閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決（jué）鍛鋼閥門製造（zào）廠、閥門使用等單位（wèi）對無法蘭式（shì）J61、J63、Z61等閥門（mén）和法蘭式各（gè）種類閥門（mén）能在（zài）一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的（de）試驗與檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂（dǐng）壓（yā）式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高泵閥（fá）有限公司生產的小（xiǎo）口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及（jí）液體介質貯（zhù）存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方（fāng）便等特點。小（xiǎo）口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中（zhōng）低壓閥門（mén）的強度試（shì）壓和密（mì）封（fēng）性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度（dù）試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台適（shì）用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸向頂壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防（fáng）腐水)循環使用，(氣（qì）源用戶自備)。

配高（gāo）低（dī）壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精（jīng）度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測（cè）試機（jī）兩側接進（jìn）氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
