YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台分為液壓係統、電（diàn）氣係（xì）統、機（jī）械（xiè）係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等五大（dà）係統，由機（jī）架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力（lì）計量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的（de）公（gōng）稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台性（xìng）能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工（gōng）作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試（shì）台試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
