YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台（tái）分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓（yā）係（xì）統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製（zhì）閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥（fá）門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥（fá）門的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與（yǔ）頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試（shì）驗介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為（wéi）水、氣（qì），由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
