YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓（yā）測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統（tǒng）、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓（yā）力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入（rù）水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升（shēng）降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質（zhì）循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣（qì），由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
