YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封（fēng）試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應（yīng）氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置（zhì），試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
