YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試（shì）台分為液壓係（xì）統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製（zhì）係統、試（shì）驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特（tè）別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
