YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台分為液壓（yā）係（xì）統、電（diàn）氣係統、機械係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路（lù）及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓（yā）力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式（shì）與頂壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試（shì）驗，操作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
