YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統（tǒng）、電氣（qì）係統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升（shēng）降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製（zhì）閥、液壓控（kòng）製係（xì）統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍（bèi）進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測（cè）數（shù）據管理（lǐ）係統。
