YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台（tái）分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係（xì）統、機械係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水（shuǐ）箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製（zhì）管（guǎn）路及控製閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門（mén）強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺（luó）紋式（shì）鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式與頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗（yàn），操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能（néng）檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
