YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓測試台分為液壓係統（tǒng）、電（diàn）氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力（lì）計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓（yā）介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。

¤It’s suitable for the pressure property test of the small caliber ball valve nominal diameter: DN15/100 flange type, welding type, inter and external thread type forge steel etc.
