YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高（gāo）壓水泵、油泵及電機（jī）、試驗介質（zhì）控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中（zhōng），可（kě）上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵（bèng）供壓裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測（cè）試台試壓（yā）介質為水、氣，由用（yòng）戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統。
