YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式（shì）液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓（yā）水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等（děng）組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度（dù）性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪（zhǎo）抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介（jiè）質循（xún）環貯存（cún）使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
