YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係（xì）統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製（zhì）係統、電氣控（kòng）製係（xì）統（tǒng）、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥（fá）門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗（yàn）工件沉入水箱中，可上（shàng）下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試（shì）壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
