YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大（dà）係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機（jī）、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強度（dù）試驗（PS）是按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測（cè）試台（tái）試壓介（jiè）質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選（xuǎn）擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統（tǒng）。
