YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工（gōng）作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控製係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力性（xìng）能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質（zhì）循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質為（wéi）水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
