YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓測試（shì）台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大（dà）係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介（jiè）質控（kòng）製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門（mén）密封試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內（nèi）外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥（fá）門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上（shàng）下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台（tái）設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智（zhì）能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統。
