YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電（diàn）氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五大係（xì）統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻（fān）轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控（kòng）製管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門（mén）密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓水泵（bèng）供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
