YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分（fèn）為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質（zhì）控製管路及控製（zhì）閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、液（yè）壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水（shuǐ）泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質（zhì）循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可訂（dìng）配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係（xì）統。
