YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係（xì）統、機械係統、測壓（yā）係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製（zhì）管路及（jí）控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗介（jiè）質（zhì）控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各（gè）通徑（jìng）規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能（néng）試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式（shì）與（yǔ）頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上（shàng）下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別（bié）適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為（wéi）水、氣，由用戶（hù）任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能（néng）檢測數據管理係統。
