YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測（cè）試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機（jī）、試驗介質（zhì）控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門（mén）強（qiáng）度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥（fá）門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低（dī）壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）設有試壓安（ān）全保（bǎo）護裝（zhuāng）置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
