YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等（děng）五大（dà）係統，由機（jī）架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊（jǐn）油缸、升降油缸、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、低（dī）壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼（jiān）備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入（rù）水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使用方便（biàn）。

¤係（xì）統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台（tái）試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統（tǒng）。
