YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液（yè）壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓（yā）緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試（shì）驗介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓（yā）介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據（jù）管理係統。
