YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力（lì）計量等組成。

閥門強度（dù）試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性（xìng）能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入（rù）水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配（pèi）置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測（cè）試台試壓（yā）介（jiè）質為水、氣（qì），由用戶任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試（shì）壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
