YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高（gāo）壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製（zhì）係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下（xià）升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質（zhì）循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用（yòng）戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統（tǒng）。
