YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓測試台分為液壓係（xì）統、電氣係統、機械係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係（xì）統，由機架、水（shuǐ）箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱（chēng）壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑（jìng）閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥（fá）門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中（zhōng），可上下升降及90度（dù）翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試（shì）壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數（shù）據管理係（xì）統。
