YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓（yā）測試台分為液壓係（xì）統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗（yàn）工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為（wéi）水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能（néng）檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。
