YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤（pán）、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計（jì）量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓（yā）壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升（shēng）降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試（shì）壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台設（shè）有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測（cè）數據管理係統。
