YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大（dà）係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、低壓（yā）水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統（tǒng）、試驗壓力計量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將試驗（yàn）工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質（zhì）循環貯存（cún）使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
