YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓（yā）係統、電氣（qì）係統、機械係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製（zhì）管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高壓水（shuǐ）泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係（xì）統、試驗壓（yā）力（lì）計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強（qiáng）度性能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式（shì）與頂壓壓（yā）緊式工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試（shì）驗介（jiè）質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統。
