YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試（shì）驗（yàn）介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥（fá）、液壓控（kòng）製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍（bèi）進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中（zhōng），可上下（xià）升降及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質為（wéi）水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選（xuǎn）擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據管理係統。
