YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係（xì）統、測壓係統、水箱係（xì）統等五大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製（zhì）閥、低（dī）壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控製係統（tǒng）、試驗壓力（lì）計量等組成。

閥門強度（dù）試驗（yàn）（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性（xìng）能（néng）特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性（xìng）能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式（shì）與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介（jiè）質為（wéi）水、氣（qì），由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓（yā）測試（shì）台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
