YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台（tái）分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製（zhì）管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計（jì）量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的（de）公（gōng）稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入（rù）水箱中，可上下（xià）升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。
